Podia (Podia Labs, Inc.)

Stripe

Payment and billing records: retained for 7 years in line with Irish Revenue requirements.
Marketing contact data: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Website analytics data: retained in anonymised form in accordance with Google Analytics’ data retention settings.
When data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it securely.
9. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payment data is processed via Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Membership data is stored on Podia’s secure platform.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
